I want to preface this by saying that I'm not trying to scare anybody, but I think everyone needs to know about this.

The law mentioned here was passed. It provides grants to state and local governments to setup programs to go after mongers and pimps, theoretically involving trafficking situations, but who knows.
This is something for everyone to be aware of, and watch for in the future. I expect we will hear more as Grants are actually given out. I have no idea if or when this will effect Boise.
