Well, I'm kind of shy about this sort of thing too, so here's what I did. When they ask what you want, the body shampoo and sauna is nice. They will take you in a room and ask you to take off your clothes. Most people there for a massage will cover with a towel or something, but I suggest waiting in there stark naked. When they take you to the steam room they will hand you a towel while you are in the hall. After the steam room they take you to a shower looking room where they will lay you down face down(after warming the bench with hot water) and pour very warm water over your body and then shampoo you up.
